The District at Scottsdale Apartments

Calling this a “luxury” apartment complex is honestly laughable. Between constantly broken elevators, stolen packages, repeated mail issues, cockroaches, hot water problems, and management that seems incapable of properly addressing anything, living here has been nothing but frustrating.

Unfortunately, my interactions with Diana have made the experience even worse. I’ve found her communication to be dismissive and unhelpful when trying to address legitimate resident concerns. Getting basic... issues resolved feels like pulling teeth.

For the amount of money they charge in rent, the quality of this property and the way residents are treated is completely unacceptable. Hands down the worst apartment and management experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Read More

The hallways are very long for the movers, but overall it went smoothly. One drawback is that finding one's way around is a little confusing.

I’ve been living at The District at Scottsdale for about two months now, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Gio, who leads the maintenance team. From the moment we moved in, he has truly gone above and beyond to make sure our apartment feels perfect.

Like most new move-ins, there were a few small adjustments and touch-ups needed, but Gio handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. He’s been responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about the quality of... his work and the resident experience.
