The Residences at Stadium Village

DO NOT RENT HERE****We rented here for two years. Didn’t run into too many issues. But, now that we left and are trying to rent a house there’s a problem. We needed rental verification for our application. They did not contact me or respond to their email and state they don’t do rental verification. The management company with the house we are trying to rent from contacted me to tell me they are non-responsive. I HAD TO CALL and was then informed that they don’t do rental verification, instead... can send me a ledger. The housing management told me they need the official rental verification and a ledger is not proof. No help from Stadium Village. I had to contact Olympus Management and they said “they don’t know why this complex is denying verification” and forwarded it over to the business and regional manager. That took long enough to get the same response. Avoid all Olympus management rentals, they don’t care about their tenants and will screw you over. Because of this, we lost out on our house. It is first come first serve, as most are. So, now we are at a cross roads of not being able to get a place, because all the rental management companies I’ve talked to need this information. This is just going to happen every time we apply somewhere. DO NOT RENT here unless you want a gap in your rental history due to them not wanting to verify. Something really simple as verifying an email, they will not do. Every company I’ve talked to does not understand why this company does not want to do this. Seems a bit shady to me. This place is condemning their tenants to be homeless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they will screw you over too. I’m sure they will respond with we sent you a ledger. That is not good enough for most places. I’m sure everyone knows the market right now, rentals are scarce. You are limiting your tenants and forcing them to find a hole in the wall, if they can even find that. Now, I’m at a loss on how to get a place for my three children.
