Not really worth it
The place smells like smoke like crazy, the pool is nice, but every apartment has a pool; this one just has another pool filled in with dirt. The property manager is kind, but his employees act like they hate any tenant who walks in. Parking is free, which is a plus; it's a roof over your head, I guess. roaches like crazy; they shut the water off for hours at a time without any heads-up emails (especially when you are getting ready for school or work, omg). It's an apartment, and the lease terms... are OKAY at best. My biggest peeve is how dark and depressing the units are, a tiny window in your room with no ceiling fan or lights, but the living room has a HUGE window to let any neighbor walking by stare straight in, where there isn't even a possibility of sun shining through, just for the neighbors to look inside pretty much. Got a noise complaint with a mandatory fee because I was warned 'several times,' although NOBODY had communicated to me in any form. It was eventually dropped, but the staff treated me like trash, saying I was lying and didn't know what I was talking about.
