I like that the complex is off of the main road, and it's close to many restaurants and stores. Security needs to be improved. The pools here are great

The location of the complex is very convenient and the maintenance staff does a great job of keeping the grounds clean. The amenities are also what sold me to move in. I have a golden retriever so that was a big draw to have a nice dog park and grooming center. However, be ready to download 15 apps to deal with day-to-day needs and access to said amenities.
Paying rent? Download an app. Maintenance request? Download an app. Parking issues? Download an app. Using the laundry facilities? Download...
an app to pay. Entry to the pool? Download an app. Do you want to split your rent payment? Download an app. If you dont use half of these apps, they will email and text you to death until you do. Management also uses this as a form of advertising business partners. I have never received so much daily junk mail and texts from a landlord before.

Regarding the units, you will never feel alone! The walls are so thin between units you can clearly hear conversations that your neighbors are having and then some. I have lived in many different apartments over the years and this was the worst. I expect some noise because it’s only natural when you are sharing walls. However, being able to hear bedtime conversations is a bit TMI.
