Oracle Palms Apartments

So there were so many roaches outside! All over the sidewalk! The pools were always dirty, neighbors are super nice, apartments are big, but so dirty. So many things were wrong. The front office was never any help and the workers always had an attitude. Also they sent me a bill after a year of moving out stating that we gave the 30day notice too late so they’re charging us a whole months rent for that…never any parking either! Like 4 handicap parking in the whole place. Literally such a dirty... place. Maintance would always have problems w the water and would tell us couple days before but it was every month!! They definitely do the landlord special on the paint job. Loose plugs in the walls, and horrible carpet instillations. Overall not a great place to live. This community is absolutely stunning. Office staff have stellar customer service. They made me feel at home as soon as I entered the doors and signed a year lease.

Great location, the office staff there so friendly and the maintenance crew are on top of there work I highly recommend you live here.

Very close to my work at the time which was the main reason I chose these apartments. This was my first apartment and I enjoyed every minute of it. Management was always very helpful regarding any issues and super nice. Due to commuting, I had to look elsewhere after 2 yrs, sad to go but loved it.

I've been living here for a year already and I can call it home. My experience has been great with management and maintenance. Management always friendly and on top of my requests.
Buildings are a little old but they are coming up with their remodels. I have a very nice and spacious 1 bedroom. Not to mention the great location I get to walk to work and the stores around here. Parking gets a little crowded at night but other than that I am happy here.
