Not worth it
Moved in to a filthy apartment.
People from the drainage ditch come around at all times at night.
There was a fight in front of our apartment with one of then.
We moved.

My community is small, only 80 units and I like that. Everyone knows everyone else and we are a family. The complex is 20 years old now and I've been here for 5. I would like, now that I have some experience renting, I lived in a single family home until 5 years after my husband died. It just got too big and sad after a while so I tried renting. We've had a new manager every year here which is hard, and a little worrisome, but our one man do it yourself maintenance man makes the whoke place run... smoothly. I could only hope my next rental property takes as much pride in it's grounds as this one does. The only reason I'm even looking elseware is for more modern fixtures and balconies or patios with a little more privacy.

They're really nice apartments, very quiet and friendly people! Clean pool and spa. Definitely some of the nicest apartments I've lived in.
