Quiet, safe, and beautiful

Easily one of the best apartments I've stayed in. The area is quiet and safe (I felt comfortable walking alone at night), the apartments are nice and clean, and management was very friendly and responsive to any issues. Bonuses are tons of hiking trails very close by, a wood burning fireplace, and nice thick walls so I didn't hear my neighbors, even those with kids or pets. Well worth the rent price.

beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood, outstanding service

So happy I settled here for my transition to Tucson. I looked at several properties and realized this was the right choice due to the high quality of the apartment finishes, including a wood-burning fireplace, overall condition of the property and quiet/peaceful setting on the flanks of Tucson Mountain Park. Hiking trails within a short walk of my doorstep. Very accommodating and responsive front desk staff. The site includes a clean, inviting pool area, ample guest parking, and the gym is in... excellent condition. Maintenance staff are professional and get the job done: staff appeared onsite within one hour of creating a maintenance ticket and had the issue resolved within 24 hours. Neighbors are friendly, considerate, and helpful. This one is checking all the boxes. Bingo!

Great apartment in west Tucson!

We moved here about two months ago, site unseen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and actually upgraded features of our apartment without raising the cost. We found the cost to be better than similar apartments in Tucson. It is very nice and clean and the pool and gym are superb (and there's a really nice hot tub). This is a great area which is close enough to shops and stores but also a welcome respite on the edge of town. We are only about a mile from the Starr Pass trailhead... which offers amazing views of Tucson, Mt. Lemmon, and the Tucson Mountains, and is perfect for our family for a short hike, but could also be a long-term hike or adventurous mountain biking. The apartments have a tennis court and are right next to a gorgeous golf course (and country club). The residents are quiet, respectful, and friendly. We highly recommend this desert gem!
