If you like constant inconvenience

Apartments are often without water or hot water , maintenance is constant as they are completely remodeling every unit so they are loud resurfacing using chemicals without concern for the residents that are living in apartments that are newly renovated. Gates prevent package delivery and DoorDash you have to physically meet your guests/delivery at the gate to let them in. The outside fitness center is a joke. Property is poorly managed with no enforcement of loud parties or pet owners who don’t... clean up. Maintenance will have no regard for your apartment and will leave a mess every time.
