Don’t waste your time

They don’t care about their residence. Ask them if they can work with you on rescheduling something they said nope people have to lose out on pay because they have to be home.

Jacarandas

Joshua the front representative is very patient with me. I’ve been in the office couple times and he is very nice. I’m looking forward in moving to the apartment and as far as I can see it’s nice and hopefully I can call it home. Thank you Joshua for helping.

New owners/management

For over 8 months I had a hole in my dining room wall due to plumbing issues. Previous management due nothing to repair the wall. Less than 24 hours after I submitted a maintenance request the new owners repaired the damaged wall. Thanks green water, Erica and the maintenance crew you are a class act
