Not only is it quiet with great neighbors, the grounds are really clean, the staff are amazing & that alone is worth every penny of rent! Not to mention washer & dryer in unit and gorgeous kitchens! My dog and I are so comfortable here!

I love this place very quiet. This place is a hidden treasure very beautiful. Since I been here they upgraded the pool the spa the barbecue and put in a gym. The leasing office staff are very nice and always there to help. When I had to call maintenance they were very quick to fix the problem. This is my Second apartment I have been in . When I compare between the two this one is the best.

I love my apartment. It's not easy to have helpful staff members. They always friendly and have a smile on there face. They let us know in advance when work needs to be work on. Once my air conditioning wasn't working on the weekends. Maintenance came to work on it the same day. I love my place do to have a washer and dryer in every unit and that was a bonus for me. Also I worked on the night shifts and during the days, you don't here nothing.

Since the day I moved to this place I've had to call maintenence every week to come fix something. The place was not well cleaned when I moved in. The appliances are old and don't look anything like what is advertised on their website. Air conditioners breakdown constantly in every unit and they don't keep up with maintaining them so they work through the summer. It's Tucson! It's 110 every day in the summer! I moved here because there were so many good reviews for this place on other... websites. Don't believe them!
They assign your parking space like 2 blocks from where your actual apartment is. I could go on and on.
