I lived here for a year in apartment #247 and a fat white rat with pink feet and tail Watson my porch or stairway I try to throw shoes at it but it wouldn't go away so I had to get management to remove it. Also whoever inspected the apartment prior to me moving in did not do a detail inspection. Now they want to charge me for what they did not do. My air conditioner did not work, the tile on the kitchen floor was coming up and the women Jacqueline who left said it was new tile when it was... not. They try to charge for everyday wear and tear and don't understand a deposit is for excess damage not everyday wear and tear. I may have to go to court to get my full deposit back. They did so many things wrong for example if a person move in an apartment on the 7th he or she be able to move out on the 7th I have to move out on the 6th. Oh guess what the bedroom outlets don't work. The bathroom sink and toilet overflows sometimes. The carpet is from the 70s a ugly dark brown. It had bugs flying around that's why the women Jacqueline kept informing me about bugs. I had to clean the washer because it smelled liked urine what they did was put some type of perfume on so I could not smell the urine. Some of the cabinets had stains in them. The washer pan was old and I contacted the office to replace it and Julia stated we don't do that but I so them putting new washers and dryers in other apartments. There so many things that was wrong with this apartment and by California law you are not suppose to move anyone in an apartment without repairing it. Don't move there. Read More

bella rose apartment seems to be very unique and nice, compared to most apartment in the area. the ground are well maintained

I guess it's a nice luxurious apartment in the neighborhood but the rental price is too high!

I have lived here for the past two years and must say that I really enjoy it. The complex is very conveniently located which helps a lot. The office staff always seems on top of their game and actually live at the property (meaning they care) and have made, and continue to make improvements since I've moved in. The few interactions I have had with maintenance have been good, they seem responsive to concerns. I have great neighbors around me and feel safe.
