I love my apartment. It is quiet and well insulated. The management staff are friendly and professional and quick to respond to me when I have questions. If you are respectful and quiet please be my neighbor!

Been in the complex for two years and find it very hard to leave. The complex is maintained very well. Management is always around to help and things get done quick. Max is the best maintenance man in the business. Always things going on for the community at the clubhouse. People are friendly and it's cozy and quiet. Plenty of parking for you and guests. Great place to live and the price is nice for the area.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 3 years now. The grounds are always well kept. The management staff is fair and always helpful. The apartments themselves are always maintained, and any issues found are quickly taken care of. I would recommend this apartment complex over all others in the Bakersfield area. Do not rent there if you are looking to be treated with respect ! Horrible on-site management She says one thing then changes it without telling you.
When I left I had the place professionally cleaned but she still charged me for carpet cleaning plus a full clean despite reassuring me I would not be charged. chuck the previous manager was much more reasonable.

Just don't bother living at this community. On-site management is a joke. Wait until a new one is hired before applying to stay there.
