This place is a scam. The unit is not as pictured. After living here for only a few weeks there have been consistent, non stop issues with the unit. None of the appliances work. I found cockroaches on my first day of move in. The agents and staff I've interacted with are incredibly rude and condescending. They don't care about tenants.

I have only been living in Aquatic Shattuck for two weeks but so far I am enjoying in. The room does look smaller than what I was expecting but it was clean, and felt like a brand-new unit. The location is also quite nice, not really in the center of the town/school area so not as crowded. Although there is no parking space available in the building, there are plenty of street parking that I need no worry. Overall I am enjoying my time in my apartment :)
