Joule La Floresta

When our daughter moved to Southern California for nursing school, we were understandably nervous, she would be living on her own for the first time, and we didn’t know anyone in the area. We took our time searching for the right place, and we truly found a gem with Joule La Floresta.

From the moment we connected with the community, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and care. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and in an ideal location, everything you could hope for in a home away... from home. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff.

In the two months leading up to her move-in date, I had countless questions, and Deanna Battee and Sandra Silva always took the time to answer each one with patience and kindness. They have been absolute blessings. Their responsiveness and genuine care have meant the world to us as parents. Knowing that there are people looking out for our daughter gives us such peace of mind.

Even from 400 miles away, we feel confident that our daughter is safe, supported, and happy. We are so grateful to have found Joule La Floresta, it has made this big transition so much easier for our family.

I have been a resident of joule la Floresta for some time now and have seen a couple of management staff rotate through. This particular team with Deanna, Hillary , Sandra and Nef are the best. Always very helpful and really try to create a family environment in the complex.

Living in a Joule apartment home has been great. We’ve been here over three years and it’s always clean and well maintained. The staff (Sandra, Hilary, Deana, and Nef) are helpful, kind, and responsive. Beautiful apartment and facilities and a great location.
