Awful Management

They do “inspections” like every couple weeks since I’ve lived here yet they haven’t fixed anything broken in my apartment, and they never do. Also during the height of COVID, as most people were at home, they threatened to tow or make people move their cars if they’ve been there too long. Overall a needlessly invasive and rude management who fix nothing and charge a lot.

Overall, I'm really happy with my apartment at Avery at Town Centre Commons. It's in a great location, close to downtown Brentwood, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, unique, and has a lot of storage, which has made it easy to settle in and think of it as home. I plan to live here for a long time.

The location is excellent but for the noise created by the traffic and traffic stoplights. The apartments and grounds have a nice design.
