Professional and helpful staff and maintenance was amazing! Our family lived at Avalon for almost two years and miss the feeling of home that this property gave us! Well maintained grounds, friendly and quiet neighbors and just a quick walk to shopping, schools and parks. Thank you to the Avalon Staff for making us Happy and at Home every single day we resided at your community!

This is not a place to reside long term! Nice location however the staff has more than once failed my concerns as a tenant. I don't recommend. When asked for main office/headquarters contact, apparently it's not available. My lease is up in July and look forward to vacating. Great at renting you an apartment but horrible at keeping tenants. Don't move here if you plan to call it your home!

Fairly new built in 2003 I believe, located on the right side of Lewis St. Very close to schools, elementary directly across the street, a short 2 block walk and your at the middle school and the high school is a bit of a walk but teenagers need to stretch their legs anyway..... Very quite neighborhood nice swimming pool, apartments are very well kept.

Good for parents with children. Next-door to elem. school-- Mid sch & H. S. Walking dist. Grocery store within walking distance with a Starbucks. Highway exits very close--good for commuters. Clean neighborhood, good sized rooms, warm helpful staff & air cond with stainless steel kitchen appliances a plus.

Avalon Mission Oaks is a wonderful complex to live at. I have been a resident for a little over a year and the experience has been great. It is a very clean complex with updated facilities and friendly staff.
