This place SUCKS! Don't be fooled by the nice pictures and the amenities. This place is gross. Management is nowhere to be found and when you can get shold of them, they're rude and dismissive. It's severely undermaintained, the hallways smell like dog pee, they're allergic to cleaning anything in the common areas, and maintenance requests frequently get deleted without having them addressed, which leads to bud infestations. They're also big fans of adding on surcharges for absolutely nothing.... There used to be a trash service, which they discontinued, but continued charging residents for as a "trash maintenance fee". There is a $30 charge to park in your own parking spot. And they just installed new washers and dryers in the laundry rooms that are twice as much as they used to be. Read More

MANAGEMENT – Management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and frequently unavailable. The only time they seem easy to reach is when they need something from tenants. Communication is poor, concerns are often ignored, and accountability is virtually nonexistent.

REPAIRS – Maintenance requests can take months to be addressed, and when repairs are finally completed, the quality of work is often poor. In many cases, you’re better off handling the issue yourself. Issues that should be resolved... quickly are allowed to linger for extended periods.

PRICING – Monthly charges, particularly for water, sewer, and other fees, fluctuate without any meaningful explanation. Residents simply receive notices demanding payment. If there is a property issue—such as a broken sprinkler that management fails to fix for months—you may end up paying for the water wasted due to their negligence.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES – Many of the machines are regularly out of service and take far too long to be repaired. I’ve had clothes come out with holes, black stains, and still soaking wet. Between damaged clothing and malfunctioning machines, the costs add up quickly.

PARKING – Parking arrangements seem to change at management’s discretion. Assigned spaces are not always respected, and spots can be reassigned without notice, creating unnecessary frustration for residents.

OVERALL – My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. There appears to be a lack of professionalism, accountability, and consideration for residents. After dealing with ongoing management issues, delayed repairs, unexplained charges, poorly maintained facilities, and inconsistent parking policies, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to do thorough research before choosing to live at one of their properties. Before you rent here you should know some stuff:
1) The office has very bad service, where your complaints are never heard and much less solved.
2) You are going to pay for water heating, sewer, water and a VALET TRASH that nobody uses. In the following photo you will see garbage bags, but a lot of them are all over the building or placed them by the doors where you can go and throw it. This is causing you to see cockroaches on the walls, the smell of garbage in the hallways and rats on your... balconies.
3) There is no security at night. Sometimes you will see some security guy for 1-2 hours around the building. There are no security cameras in the parking lots (they charge enough to get at least some good security system)
4) Expect that your rent increases ridiculously (with a charge of useless services). Read More

Horrible place! Unscrupulous Management,just money greedy people. I lived in this apartment for more than 3 years. It was most peaceful and happy place to stay. Thanks to the previous management(Americana Independence).The apartment was maintained and managed very well before.
But now... very different :( With the NEW management and owner (Haven Warner Center) the place is no longer worth to live.Bad and Unethical Management! Just to create a first impression these people trimmed off and cut the... shady trees in the complex, changed exterior paint,and yes toilet bowl in all the apartments - "conservation!" and the funniest part was that they introduced a HUGE monthly bill for trash, sewer ,hot water and what not..which was already included in the rent from previous management. Remember you are now unnecessarily paying huge additional charge for the same square feet and utility.And
Drastic increase in rent for the new/renewal lease.
Luckily i got a chance to move out from this apartment and didn't have to go through all these for long. And at that point too i had a huge lose as these greedy people took the maximum out of the initial deposit. Dear friends think twice before falling into this trap. Read More

The property looks attractive from the entrance through to the business office. Pay attention to the details on the floors. The carpet in the hallways needs replacing and makes noise when people walk on them. The Apartments themselves are well maintained, well spaced. The Bathrooms are spacious.
