Enclave at Town Square

The management company running this property is greedy. We have lost so many amenities recently. They are profits over residents. We used to have a community club house by the pool, that they turned into apartments. They lied to residents and said they were getting rid of the laundry room and convinced many long term residents to "upgrade" to renovated apartments but never did get rid of the laundry room and tricked us into paying for "upgraded" units when it wasn't necessary. We used to have... garages in the back that they are greedily turning into MORE apartments all while taking away available parking and adding even more cars and traffic. And they now have the audacity to charge residents for parking. There was a gas leak, due to them breaking a gas line they didn't tell residents about until 3 days later. The whole back of the apartment complex is a disaster from current construction. Its ugly and looks terrible. The upgraded units are cheaply done. WORST! WORST! WORST… NEVER NO PARKING….there turn garages into new apartments in the back but not enough parking for the people that already live here. Construction all the time… waters always getting cut off due to emergency shut off… they don’t tell you… you just wake up to it. today had to walk all the way around because they have the pathway blocked… this place is very inconvenient… TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Do not move here! You will pay a monthly fee for pest control. Even though the whole complex is covered in snails. So much so that you walk on them all the time. There is dog POOP EVERYWHERE! They towed my guest car at 3pm on a Thursday. There were plenty of spots open. $500 later to get the car out of a lot less than a mile away. I am sure the apt complex gets a cut of this. The place claims all spots are resident parking only. However, as I work from home I can see that all day there can... be up to 10 or so extra cars from staff and construction crews parked. I understand space is limited, but maybe it would help if the staff DID NOT PARK in the resident parking. Moved in 2 months ago, just gave my 30 day notice.

The management team is really nice and understanding. Even though there is a lot of families in the complex the nose level here is really low and for the most part it is always peaceful around here. The groundskeepers come 3-4 times a week so the property never looks unwelcoming. The only complaint that some residents had with the property was the laundry facility but in response management quickly replaced our old machines with new ones. The maintenance is also very punctual and fills most... requests within 24 hours. With that said the apartments location is not within walking distance of most stores and business so a car is almost required. Read More

The Enclave is on a busy street. Although gated very noisy traffic. Apartment is comfortable but not a good location if you work nights.nightshade
