Do not rent here save your money
Hello to who is looking for apartment and I move out the apartment complex is really noisy in the apartments are really small and it is not worth the price at all on top of it the manager is shady as ever do not trust her and then I ran here save your time and your money she's a snake in the grasss. Do not trust her as far as you can see if she goes in people houses when you're not at home she is a snake smile in your face and stab you all in the front in the back I was so uncomfortable living... over there and I was only there for 6 months and I broke my lease because that's how bad it was the neighborhood is just not worth it or the stress from the manager.

Burkhart Apartment
I love that my apartment is in walking distance of everything it makes me so happy. Although it would be nice if it had air conditioning it's really hot here in the summer time.

burkhart apartments
Have you ever lived in an apartment on your own? Im talking about your very first time renting. For starters burkhart apartments is clean, fairly new, and is quiet at night. There are many things that caught my attention when i first moved in as far as price, the close parking, the apartments come with a nice bathroom, fare sized room, clean stove and refrigerator. after i settled in i then find out about the kids that like to run through the halls during the day, stand in front of your home ,... fight and play but hey thats what kids do. You are not allowed any pets or smoking, no loud noise after 9 o'clock. i often see a few cats and cigarette on the ground so i dont think many rules are inforced. We recently changed management so there is no on site managers for the office. There was a problem with residence taking two spaces for parking and there is no guest parking. There is almost never any close parking for guests you would have to pick them up from a few blocks away if your the type to treat your company well. We recently received assigned parking but that didnt go so well at first. I rated burkhart apartments three stars because when i moved in i initially was paying a price in which i didnt know they would surprise me with changing the rent two times with in 14 months like they did. I didnt feel to good about that situation mainly because ive never rented on my own before. Also due to the fact that im now paying the same price as the apartments i turned down that had a pool, jacuzzi, barbecues pits, party room, and gym. These apartments are only good for location its close to where i work, bus stops, trolley station, fast food restaurants, barber shops, laundry mat if you dont want to use the small washers at the apartments and schools if you have children. If you are single and living on your own these apartments are not for you. These apartments are good for families or couples. Thank you for reading my review i hope it helped.
