I've lived in worse...

The apartment complex itself is nice. It's fairly small so it doesn't get too loud. The pool is always clean and never too busy. Most areas are under a lot of shade because of all the trees and I like the proximity to the Sunrise Mall. Our biggest problem has been with the management company. It felt like we were being brushed off when trying to move in and could never get a straight answer as to our move in date. It worked out alright because we were already renting an apartment in another one... of their properties so it was never a dire situation, more just frustrating. Our frustration didn't end once we moved in. From the beginning, we've had problems with various things in our apartment that should have been fixed before we ever moved in. Things like our water heater, air conditioning, leaky faucets all needing to be fixed within the first month of our stay. Contacting the management office has also proven to be a problem.
