Lux Costa Mesa

I lived at Lux Costa Mesa for a year and I have to say, Pirusha, the property manager, has always been very respectful and easy to talk to. Whenever I had a question, she got back to me as soon as she could. Any issue I had was resolved in a timely fashion.

There was an isssue with the package room but it wasn’t her fault (it was the vendor who manages the lockers system) and she resolved it. And her solution made receiving packages a lot more convenient now.

She truly cares about her... tenants and she does her best to make your residency there pleasant.

The buildings and outdoor spaces were always well maintained and very clean.

She has different outside food truck vendors park by the main entrance on a near weekly basis so residents can try different food.

She also always holds parties and events according to different holidays.

This is Miracle Mile’s (property owner) first residential property and I think they did a great job.

Management is beyond useless. Does not respond to any sort of maintenance requests, constant issues with the property (hot water has gone out multiple times for over a week, parking issues, gate issues, package room issues, appliances that don’t work). Manager said guests should not park in the guest parking spots but across the street in the retail center. Run away if you can.

Promised free clubhouse use as part of the apartment and now they’re charging an insane hourly rate to use it
