Cute apartments, good management

I've lived in one of the one-bedroom apartments for almost a year, and highly recommend the place. The apartments are nice, and the management is very receptive--all maintenance requests have been fulfilled promptly, and Kaveh, the apartment manager is easy to reach and quick to respond. My only criticism would be that the kitchens are rather small, and don't come with (or really have space for) a dishwasher and microwave. Otherwise, the rest of the apartment is surprisingly spacious, and the... outside patio is similarly large, with room for a garden, and nice looking.

Highly recommended.

I've been happily living here for 4.5 years. Quiet and close to the downtown. Highly recommended for students and professionals. The apartment manager, Kaveh, is fair, responsive, and responsible in fixing issues addressed by tenants.

It is comfortable,quiet,clean and well-maintained.

Redwood Apartments are wonderful

Me and my partner moved here recently and we have been extremely happy with our decision to move here. The apartment is super clean, well lit, and quiet. You can tell the property manager really cares about the property and he makes sure the residents having everything they need. The only draw back I would say is the laundry facility- it could use an update (but that’s just my preference) other than that I highly recommend Redwood Tree.
