Downey Pointe Apartments

This place is CERO LUXURIOUS!!!! First reviews saying the building is incredible and super clean, must be paid reviews this place is so nasty and smells horrible at all times, you can walk the hallways to your car or to take trash out and its so disgusting to see dog poop and SMELL urine all over the place, laundry room is so disgusting people wash dog and cat stuff and the washers and dryers have furr residue... So embarrassing to have family or people over to walk this nasty premises, in... behave maintenance you can't complaint but management its TERRIBLE, there is no Guess parking and handicap parking belongs to one tenant only, future residents parking are use by outsiders to sleep in the car but if you use it for a guess, you get towed, the place is infested with roaches
There is a pet area but tenants use the walk pads to let animals defecate and urinate so the little grass areas are disgusting and smells terrible, its been a the worse experience to live here!!! Read More

Great place to live. Rooms are so big and manager is great.

Angelica at Downey pointe is an excellent manager. She’s always available and attentive. Maintenance request are always handle on a timely manner. Richie is the best!

Great place to rent. Monthly rents are reasonable and rooms are big. Management is very professional. Angelica is friendly and professional always there to help. When I have any maintenance repair Milton is great.
