20+ Years of Memories, Experiences, and Improvement
Me and my family have been here for as long as I can remember; over 20 years at least (my whole life pretty much). We've had our ups and downs in our early years with previous managers left in charge. Nonetheless, the apartments overall have steadily improved throughout our time, and management alongside it. One factor though, which has remained consistent throughout all these years, is the owner’s will and resolve to be involved, proactive, and engaged with its property maintenance and... management. The apartments are spacious, have AC in the living room (which is crucial for the summer), ceiling fans in every room, small wall heaters (winters aren’t too bad), renovated kitchen tiles and bedroom flooring, a dedicated parking space (parking is rough in the street), and a shared laundry room. Every primary necessity covered, with relaxed and polite tenants, friendly and courteous owner, and the current management couple (who have now been here for a while) that are always engaged, proactive, transparent, honest, friendly, and work hard to maintain the property in it’s best shape. Be advised, the street here can get a little loud and busy at times but it’s expected being in the heart of El Cajon. Simple but sufficient apartments with great management, and at very good value in expensive San Diego.
