We LOVE Pablo! He’s the best. Pablo was so helpful, friendly, and patient with us. He’s the perfect face for the community.

The reason I rated the move in a 4 and not a 5 is that people had taken the carts that we needed to move in and nobody knows who had them, so we had to carry things in which was very inconvenient and took a long time. I would suggest implementing a process where a sign out sheet is required so everyone knows who has the cart and when they took it, etc. I think that some... people moving in keep the cart in their apartment until they no longer need it, which is very unfair to other tenants. Excellent customer service The common areas, parking and amenities are all in excellent condition. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and professional. We decided to renew our lease because we really like Element 79.

Excellent service from staff! Since I moved here a year ago, the staff at Element 79 has been nothing short of professional, helpful and always friendly. Morgan was very patient and knowledgeable when we had questions about the unit we were interested in and even took us on a tour twice to make sure we liked the unit. The application process was glitchy but Parvaneh and Pablo also made sure those issues with the application got resolved.
