Please stay away!

There is never enough parking. The appliances are in poor condition. There is always a maintenance problem!!! They never actually fix anything just put a bandaid on it. After your first year is up they will not allow you to renew a lease. Instead they raise your rent of a consistent basis. They are poorly maintained apartments. Due to most of the tenants the cops are here on a regular basis. The "security" gates are almost always broken. You are charged for everything. The pool hardly gets... cleaned. The spa is usually broken. The "gym" is mismatched weights, a bike with 1 petal, and a treadmill that skips. There is also no AC inside. They instant hot water mentioned is boiling hot right after its ice cold. The temperature is never consistent and the water pressure is poor at best!
Do yourself a favor and do not move in here!!!
