Worst apartments

I hated this apartments I wanted move out but rent in other places are way too expensive. Here there's always potheads smoking out side and they would bring more friends to smoke rite outside and can't have the kids play outside kz there would be to much smoke and gangmembers and they would bring a lot of problem and had fights rite outside while kids played around and which it wasn't safe at all and I would love to win this money because am having a baby girl and this money will help me out... to give my daughter and fiancé the best and I know with this money I can rent a good disentapartment for my family I would really appreciate if I would win this money
