Parties or events of any kind are not allowed, and noise complaints or unruly behavior may result, at the Host’s discretion, in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Pets are not allowed. A charge of $75 per day will be applied for each unauthorized guest, $50 per day for each unauthorized pet, $100 per hour for unauthorized late check-out, and $50 per hour for unauthorized parking. A police visit will result in a $300 charge. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet; use the designated trash bin only. Do not place food on the kitchen counter or dining table; all food must be stored in sealed containers or placed in the refrigerator to prevent ants.
