Excellent Apartment
For the square footage and quality of this apartment, the cost is more affordable than comparable apartments in the Hollywood area. I believe this is partly due to the location of being so close to Hollywood Blvd, but so far, the location has only been beneficial for me.
I've had no issues with tourists, traffic, street people, etc. Obviously, if you are driving on Hollywood Blvd, it will be slow, so I try to avoid that. There are countless food options and nightlife within walking distance... from the apartment. It can get noisy outside, especially on the weekends, but the walls and windows are soundproofed so well that I literally cannot hear anything in my bedroom, almost eerily quiet.
The best thing about this apartment has not even been the amazing unit, it's the INCREDIBLE management team. The managers, Ivanna and Michael, have been nothing but helpful and generous since I toured the unit. The move-in process went very smoothly, all thanks to them, and they continue to show more effort to make sure that I am adjusting well here. They have accommodated me with multiple requests within the first week to ensure that this will be a good fit. Additionally, the only thing wrong with the apartment was that the ice machine was missing the lever, which the maintenance team fixed the very next day after being notified. This is by far the best management/landlord I have ever had.
The amenities are also fantastic and just a great added bonus. I've already used the grills multiple times within the first week, have had solid gym experience, and am very much looking forward to continuing to use the pool and spa.
I actually have nothing negative to say about this place. 6 stars.
