Time well spent

I have enjoyed living here the past 11 months. Price is good and apartment is comfortable. If my wife wasnt going to be working in Poway soon we would be renewing our lease. Its quiet and walking distance to the beach. If you have kids there is a skate park, baseball field, school, and foot ball field literally across the street. I have heard a few people complain but we cant all enjoy the same things. The only reason its not a 5 star for me is that, it did get a little hot during the... summer months (no A/C) and i do have a lot of friends that live significantly far away from here and most of the time they would not want to drive all the way down to IB just to hang out. Again, great place, quiet and close to the beach. hope this helps your decision
