Amazing Staff

I made a great choice to live here. It was a toss-up between Meridian at Tustin Market Place or Pacifica Place, and the edge of Pacifica Place is the lay out, state of the art Business and Fitness center and most specially the AMAZING staff. Cass is truly a superstar from the beginning. She is very helpful, accommodating and goes above and beyond. Francisco is a rockstar as he is also an amazing help from the beginning and always on top of things and follow ups.

Looking forward to call this... place my new home!

Highly recommend Pacifica Place

Pacifica Place is one of a kind!
As a brand-new community, everything from the modern finishes to the state-of-the-art amenities feels fresh, sleek, and incredibly well-designed.
The community is also fully integrated with 3 Gig Google Fiber, which is a total game-changer. However, the Resident Service Office staff are truly amazing, professional, welcoming, and always ready to go above and beyond to make you feel at home and make your move in day smooth. If you're looking for a beautiful new... place in the spectrum area Pacifica is the Place!

5 Star Service | 5 Star Community

I recently relocated to Irvine from a nearby beach community rental where I'd spent the last 16 years. I knew I wanted something new, first-class and really special.
When I found Pacifica Place - I knew immediately this would be a great place to reinvent. From the office staff who warmly greeted me - Blake, Lana and Francisco, to the friendly on-site staff who always smile and greet me - it felt like home the first time I toured.
Moving in - a breeze. The team made sure I knew where my home... (which may seem obvious, but they walked me to the home), showing me where packages/mail/trash were located, and even the impressive fitness center and resort style pool to relax at.
Another cool thing - I was able to take my pick of parking spots and even had the option to upgrade for a nominal fee to a dedicated EV parking space (totally worth it).
The fact that the community is literally walking distance to The Spectrum adds to the convenience of moving away from all I've known the last dozen years, to a warm and welcoming new community.
So far, the other residents I've met have all been super friendly and helpful in offering ideas of where to shop and dine out.
If you're considering at place in The Spectrum area, I totally recommend Pacifica Place.
