Buyer beware
I only moved here to be close to Jserra Catholic High School. It's so horrible. Where do I begin? 1st. water damage, 1st day, graffiti on the walls. They remove it but it comes back. My apartment was broken into. The gate only allows residents to enter. I am desperately looking for a new place to live. There are so many better apartments in the area. Its not cheap either. If you have the choice, dont get stuck here like I did.

Worst complex ever!
Whoever tells you this place is “livable” needs to get their head examined! I have lived here for a year - I’ve seen a live police line up in the parking lot, two dom stick violence incidents (police arrived in time), and active drug deals on the daily. Cars are routinely vandalized, packages stolen, and management is utterly useless. Noise at all hours, people “bathing” in the hot tub (complete with toe nail trimming - I witnessed it), and shopping carts everywhere! So fun. So do yourself... a favor and avoid this place like the plague that lives there!!!

No, This is not a place to live.
Really bad experience. We Always paid rent before due date. Apartmnts full with German Roaches and not in a livable condition, They towed our cars parked inside designed area. Really Really bad management. Didn't returned security deposit and reported $221 in our SS for nothing.
