Zero stars

Roach probably didn’t have any bugs until someone move up stairs and management does nothing about it . Move in if u want to live with roaches

We have ways of handling issues with household pests and rely on our residents to let us know right away if they notice anything that needs attention. Please give us a call or swing by the office so we can take care of any issues you may be having.

The worst apartment complex in Lancaster

Management will harass you if they want no one else. They'll ticket you for back in but nothing else not parking in two spot, parking on the walkway. They won't help you resolve any issue with 7 months of being there. Management is trash. Property manager is trash. Told us after 6 months of non peaceful quite hours that we'll be the ones charged for rent after we break the lease because they broke our rights as tenants. They break laws should be fined. Ill be posting pictures of the crappy... apartment too.

So glad I stopped at these amazing apartments

Montecito Apartments are so awesome. I love my apartment, it’s super cute. It’s quiet here, super clean, secure, and high tech.
The property manager Iman is so professional and caring. He’s amazingly rare and the staff here are so nice and helpful.
Look no further! You would want to here.

Awesome staff

Entire staff friendly, personable and listens . Apartment complex well maintained, any issues with apartment fixed quickly. Safe environment in a commuter friendly location. Iman and entire crew the best . Love my apartment.

My lovely apartment

I've recently moved in. Iman. is such an amazing manager and he's caring for his tenants. Never have I met a landlord who does what he can do to bring his tenants together to know each other and make new friends. manager. He is very hard working and caring for the tenants as well. They are all amazing staff that truly care, listen, and do what they can to fix any issues their tenants have.
