Park West Village Apartments

I lived at Park West Village (PWV) from April 2019 to July 2021. I work for the Air Force and travel quite a bit so I was looking for a safe and secure environment. I looked at several apartment complexes that were cheaper but it was clear why they were cheaper--You get what you pay for! At PWV you will find a higher class of people, a gated community with routine security patrols and apartment managers (Tracy and Kathryn) who are absolute professionals, kind and fair. I never had any problems... and never heard any screaming, fighting or load music after hours as you get at cheaper apartments. This a safe community , with security gate , easy assessable covered parking , apartment security also , with a large common area , with many trees and flowers two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, tennis court, 4 barbeque pits . large covered eating area with lounge chairs and tables. exercise gym with sauna. Very helpful staff that gets things done when you have a problem. Large clean laundry room.It is like living in a park that you can walk safely night or day. The best in out area.

My roommates and I suspect that this appt. might be the best in all of the Palmdale/Lancaster area. That doesn't mean it is without its faults but the are pretty quick at getting the bad things fixed. The people in the office are nice (especially because we are always bringing up problems). The appt. is nice, although a little outdated.
