The complex is new and clean, well designed, snd has a professional staff present during normal weekends. The landscaping and aesthetics are strong and the location is excellent.

Since moving in at the beginning there was a few concerns about kids getting up into the pool that we’re not residence. However, the staff has quoted the concerns with extra measurements to safety and security. They have also reached out personally, which was a relief, knowing that they care and want to keep the community safe. Other than that. it has been a wonderful experience. I enjoy living here. I enjoy my neighbors. Staff are wonderful kind and helpful to concerns. Properties is clean... inside and out and happy to call Legacy home for now. Thank you for hearing us and thank you for providing a safe and enjoyable environment For residence and guests.

I just moved into Legacy at Livermore and it's been great so far. The building is fairly new and well-maintained. Everything in my apartment works well. The staff have been very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you to Diane and Faye!
