Incompetence
Maralisa Meadows up until 18 months ago, had been a decent place to live. Currently, the complex and the apartment manager have been subpar if not below that. There have been cars stolen as well as personal property off of the grounds. Due in part for the delay in fixing the entry gate. Which still to this day is not 100% operational. During that day and others (flooding, HVAC issues) the apartment manager is nowhere to be found. It has been months since our mailboxes have been un operational.... She applies confusing rules to others but disregards them for herself. We can only hope that the owners are unaware of this situation. There are currently a few vacancies. That tells a lot in and of its self.
