How Is This Rating Determined?

These Apartments are horrible

Management is always a disaster, it takes them days and sometimes even weeks to get to fixing something. There is always a weird smell that lingers throughout the apartments. Neighbors are always loud whether they be the ones next door or the ones either downstairs or upstairs. The walls are very thin, you can hear everyone that comes up the stairs. The neighbors are always arguing very loudly. Police have been called multiple times. There’s always more than one occasion when someone parks in... your designated parking spot. Lastly, most neighbors are crazy here.

Royal Garden - NEW!

We just moved to Royal Garden Apts., and already feel at home! Cristina who is the Manager, is awesome; very professional, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. Our apartment was nice, clean and cozy. Smelled good too!. Thank you for making our move so easy. WE LOVE OUR PLACE!!
