Great Apartments, Location in Lompoc

The Oceanwood Apartments are one of the nicest in Lompoc. Located on the Western edge of town, the grounds are immaculately maintained. There's a pool and hot tub, along with a clubhouse. Rent is very reasonable. Apartments have either one or two bedrooms. The two bedroom apartments face east/west and allow for cool breezes to blow through in the warm summer months. Just a couple of blocks from Ryon Park, home of various events throughout the year like the Flower Festival. Close enough to walk... but far enough away where no one parks in your spot. Great management. Highly recommended.
