Poor Maintenance
Occassionally would get roaches. Packages are being stolen. Shower leaks so much water & even after "maintenance", it still is the same.

Do NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I need to move out due to an unexpected family emergency. The response I received was, "Unfortunately we can't end your lease early. You need to find someone to take it over." That sucks but fine, I get it. What I don't understand is why I was promised that they would help me find a tenant to take over my lease but it's been five entire weeks and my apartment is not listed on their website or this one, and why they have forwarded one potential tenant to me who... asked me endless questions for days and then ghosted me. Instead of spending my time focusing on my family, I am dealing with this. And since my apartment isn't listed, I lose nothing by giving a review detailing exactly what I think of their business practices.
*Note: this does not include the front desk worker in the leasing office who has been very kind and forwarded all of my requests to upper management. I hope you find a better job soon.

I moved here three weeks ago. The carpet was very dirty while the property manager insisted that it had been cleaned. She tried to hide her problem and said I did not submit the checklist when I moved in. However, I submitted that form on time. It took over two weeks battling with the company then they sent someone to clean the carpet.
The internet is quite bad. For the apartment with four rooms and five people, it only provides 300Mbps internet and a very old router with bad performance. The... average speed of our device is less than 25 Mbps. We even lose connection with Wi-fi from time to time. They are not willing to make efforts to improve the internet quality and update the router device. Just sent Spectrum staff doing some useless tests while the cable is fine, and they don't take charge of the router. This problem is still here, and nobody is trying to solve it.
There were more than five problems when I moved in, such as broken blinds, flashing lights, a broken toilet, and small shower water. They refused to change the shower head, so I had to pay and change it by myself, and it worked very well.
Too many problems with this apartment, and now, some problems still exist.

Yes, there is video recording, but guess what, Triplink will charge you $15 for looking for the evidence of who stole your stuff.
