A community vs an apartment

I love the fact that there are events here so I can meet new people in the building and have more fun vs just renting an apartment and have no idea who else lives in the building. My last place did nothing, maybe a christmas party that wasnt eventful. The staff is friendly and the location has everything i need.

Absolutely terrible

At least once a week something in the building is broken. Management doesn’t address any of your issues. You can hear every single footstep in the unit above you. You can expect to get your packages stolen. You can expect each floor to smell like skunk. You can expect nothing but inconvenience and suffering here
