Took my money and ghosted me

I applied for this appartment back in october. They were great about answering and returning my calls up until the moment i payed my application fee. they went radio silent after. Ina at one point told me "I think you were denied" but never confirmed anything. Cem has ghosted all my calls. I have been fighting to get my application fee back as in the application it states you will be refunded the application fee if denied but I have had no luck. Don't waste your time with ecco living. I did... further research and learned about all the name changes they have done and lawsuits that have been filed against them. They are a horrible company and Cem is a horrible person. Beware any properties they manage.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME

I’ve been living in this building two months, and I have talked to several people and all of the concerns are the same. I have a work order that’s been open since I moved in. Management sucks. There is no maintenance on site. If there’s any concerns, they don’t answer the phone. Save yourself, the heartache, headache, and time. I regret the moment I signed the lease. Miley, Cem and Kimberly are all horrible.
