How Is This Rating Determined?

Former Tenant.

Poor maintenance. The pool is never in service, and when they open it, the water is green from being so old, dirty, and unfiltered.
The parking is terrible. Neighbors have up to four large dogs in a one-bedroom apartment. The music is too loud. And even if you leave the apartment in good condition, they deduct $800 without justification, and we were only there for a year.

Worst Place Every I get

Every server will take like 1 month to fix.
Parking are really bad.
People are really scary and screaming all time.
Loud music. Uneducated people.
Looking for another apartment asap.

Calm and Quiet

The neighborhood is pretty quiet, family oriented. Apartments are a great size for the price! Wood floors in living room, carpet in bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom could be updated.

You will never get good service on apartment. You need to at least wait for each service like 1-2 month.
Everything is broken in apartment.
Parking hard to get out from parking area.
