Historic Hollywood right around the corner. Walk to Mann's Chinese Theatre and the Hollywood Stars. Live the life of action and excitement. Nice location. Building is well maintained and has a rooftop patio for great views. Sports a small work-out room and center atrium. Come to Hollywood.
