AWFUL management. DO NOT LIVE HERE

the property itself is fine enough, and the maintenance team is great. However, the management team will lose half your packages and will never return your calls or emails. The front desk associate has straight up lied to me multiple times. (told me there was no moving cart when I was moving in, until a helpful tenant offered to show me where it was, for example). Look elsewhere.

Bad experience with the management office

The places are nice but the leasing agents that run the place are very cold and non responsive. I’ve had bad experiences with them. The management can walk in to your apartment at anytime without notice and we have been cited for the most ridiculous things. I would advise looking else where.

Run!

Poor service, this place is all about taking your money. Do not spend any money with them, do not get in any leases with them. Before they took over my apartment the previous company was way more helpful and customer service orientated.
Now this new management will gladly take your money and be of no help. Rent elsewhere, RUN
