Terrible management
Management doesn’t handle tenant issues in a professional and mature way. Poor handling of maintenance. If you have an issue, they won’t be proactive to get it resolved.

very happy here
I decided to wait a full year before leaving any reviews, but I feel the staff and building itself deserve it. It's a really welcoming place in a decently quiet central location. Everyone is really friendly and it really feels like a community because they throw so many tenant events which are on the amazing rooftop. The amenities are the big draw here, the views are incredible. The building is well kept and clean. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The interiors of the units are really... fresh and modern. They also have a reward program if you refer new tenants! I was able to save $500 on rent two different times! I plan on renewing.

best apartment I've had
I LOVE living here! Super quiet neighborhood close to all of the action. My studio is HUGE! Lots of natural light and tall ceilings. My guests love coming over. The rooftop is amazing and I love the dog park. They do tons of events for tenants so everyone knows each other. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and on top of it. Super clean property.
