It has been very difficult to reach anyone in the leasing office. I have called multiple times since last Friday, including today, but no one has answered or returned my calls.
Additionally, the lock on the gate door between the elevator in Building B (CVS side) and the resident parking lot has been changed without any prior notice. I was not provided with a new key and only discovered the change when my key stopped working.
Because of this, I now have to walk a long way around just to get to... my car, which has caused me significant inconvenience.
This lack of communication is very concerning, and I would appreciate a prompt response.
