If you are thinking of applying to this apartment, save yourself time and money and avoid this property. The property manager is completely unprofessional and borderline incompetent.

I applied to this apartment and scheduled a tour to view the property. I showed up at the property and waited about 10 minutes, only to find out that the property manager was not going to make our scheduled time. They didn’t even communicate that they wouldn’t be able to make the time until I reached out to them... .

They rescheduled the tour for later in the same day, and they did not show up A SECOND TIME! After attempting to reach out to them, they completely ghosted me and did not reach out to me until the following week.

If this is how this management treats potential applicants, just imagine how they treat their tenants. This ordeal cost me valuable time that I’ll never get back, and I hope that future potential applicants see this review and consider this experience before wasting their time applying to this property. cheaply made everything. paper thin walls that you can hear your neighbors every move.. anyone who closes a door in the building shakes the entire building. pipes pump dirty water that stain everything. NO AMENITIES ! NO SECURTIY. front door to building rarely works and will mostly be propped open by a traffic cone which allows the vast amount of crackheads living in vans out front to steal your deliveries.... oh yeah, tons of homeless living on the block urinating on the sidewalk.
