How Is This Rating Determined?

STAY AWAY!!!

This complex is filled with drug dealers, drug addicts, prostitutes and more. At first I thought it was transient transitional living but then found out it’s not. Management does not care about who they let in. Packages are regularly stolen from homeless and sketchy people regularly entering the premises. If you are thinking of living here keep looking. This is not a safe community.

Extremely thin walls, multiple problems with the apartment, horrible parking. It looks nice at first glance until you really start looking.

Great place

This apartment is a great place to live. Cheap rent and all utilities included. The management team is very nice, but every once in a while you have to track them down. Other than that everything works well in the apartment and it's a nice community.
