Love Atherton!

I love living at Atherton Apartments. It's a really good size apartment and very quiet. Last week we watched a movie in the park. Thank you, Atherton staff, for the resident events! Makes us feel like a community instead of just residents.

Move Here!

Thank goodness I found The Atherton’s name repeatedly in great reviews regarding apartment in Manteca. We were moving our 23-year-old son to California in just a few days. Laura miraculously helped us focus on our short list of priorities of safety, access to freeways, great amenities, and fantastic walking location to activities. Traveling from Florida, sight unseen, she helped us pick the perfect place and even gave us a video tour. She also had great recommendations for movers and... insurance needs. We truly could not have signed the leased and moved our son into this apartment in a one-week turnaround without Laura’s professional expertise!
