Coliving units include 4-7 private bedrooms centered around a communal kitchen, dining room, and living room area. Our Coliving units come furnished with designer furniture in the bedrooms and common areas all the way down to the utensils in the kitchen! Weekly housekeeping of the common area is also provided at no extra cost!

Cutting edge amenities feature a pocket park, dog run, game room, mess hall, state of the art gym, movie room, and lap pool with roof top deck. Although you may never want to leave home, G8 is conveniently located close to LAX, Santa Monica, Culver City and Westwood. Horrible management! Stay away

Lived here for a year and had endless peoblems with Managment. I have never been so happy to move out of somewhere in my life. Managment truly doesnt care about any of their residents and just wants as much money as possible. Save yourself the headache and stay away from G8!

Horrible staff

Don’t rent here . Employees are horrible ! They will lie to you and trick you to take your deposit than you will not be able to get any answer from anyone for a long time as they are not answering their phones or emails and than there is all kinds of hidden fees and extras .. it’s ridiculous and troublesome Management as well .... They will just waste your time and than if you happen to get hold of a human it will be the maintenance guy ... They will also advertise 4 or 8 weeks free and than... when you call them on it they will tell you that Marketing person doesn’t know what they are doing etc etc ...Plain Ridiculous! ... I would stay as far away from these people as possible. Extremely irresponsible Management and Employees .

We understand your frustration that we were not able to approve your application at this time and that the screening process may have taken longer than you preferred... but please understand that this process depends on many different factors with each applicant. We of course did not take anyone's money as you were informed we have refunded your holding deposit as we were not able to approve your application. All the best.
